Peppers Broadbeach, Gold Coast

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning ocean views, making my stay feel luxurious. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful communal areas. However, the service had a few hiccups and could improve in terms of staff transparency. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy nearby dining options.

The hotel has a prime location with stunning views, but unfortunately, I found several cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my stay. While the pool area was quite nice, it’s disappointing that housekeeping seemed to overlook basic maintenance. The value for money just didn’t add up, especially considering the high expectations set by their 5-star rating.
